Beauty comes with confidence

Hi lovelies, it’s been a while since I’ve done a Miss Polkadot’s Kick Arse Female’s so here is the newest section.

At the minute I’m lucky to be quite confident about the way I look but I know not alot of people feel the same about themselves. Granted I know I am not the most ‘conventionally beautiful person but the fact is I accept who I am and know the way I dress and act shows this.

Another part of what makes you beautiful, I think, is by having a lovely personality.  You can be the prettiest person in the world but if you behave in a disgusting way towards others trying in order to try and belittle them.

So this week I’ve decided to give you two challenges;

One- I ♥ my body

• find a picture of yourself that is almost full body, whether you like it or not
• look at the picture properly
• now name four- six things that you love about yourself and why, nothing massive simple things

• find another picture of yourself which makes you smile
• think about what makes others smile about you
• now write four- six things about your personality that you love.
